SMOKED CHICKEN CHORIZO SAUSAGE

Introducing our delicious Cooked Smoked Chicken Chorizo Sausage – a flavourful twist on the classic sausage! We've blended traditional Chorizo spices with tender chicken, resulting in a savoury, smoky delight that's perfect for any meal.

Preparation:  Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours. Once thawed, remove the sausages from the bag. To heat them in the oven, preheat your oven to 200°C, wrap the sausages in foil, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Alternatively, you can opt for a 10-minute steaming method. Finish with a quick pan-sear or grill for crispy perfection but avoid overcooking to retain juiciness.
