How fresh are the meats upon delivery?

Our meats are sourced fresh and are carefully packaged to preserve their quality during transport. We ensure that smoked and cured meats maintain their ideal freshness and flavor.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are vacuum-sealed and packed with insulating materials to keep them at the proper temperature throughout delivery. This ensures that your meats arrive fresh, flavourful, and safe for consumption.

Do you offer subscriptions or bulk orders?

Yes! We offer customizable subscriptions for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries. We also accommodate bulk orders—contact us directly for pricing and custom packages.

What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
